The purpose of “Workout Music With Timer” is to help you to have fun during your training session.
After you choose the work/rest ratio that fits your need, keep an eye on the timer, there is a beep sound which tells you when to train and when to take a rest period.

    Hey, I need some guidance here. Is 60/10 the highest one should go in terms or interval training, or can you go higher than this? Like 70/10 or higher?
